Chagual Espadín
Award-Winning Mezcal with Sweet Complexity
Chagual Espadín is crafted from 100% Agave Angustifolia (Espadín) using the traditional "capado" process. By removing the stalks and allowing the agaves to mature for an additional year in the field, their sugars concentrate, resulting in a mezcal with enhanced sweetness and complexity.
